You will spend most of your time on recruitment, pre-onboarding, and onboarding. Together with another member of the administration team, you will also take care of our e-learning platform SPOTI.

- Maintaining a candidate database and an employee referral programme,
- Finding effective ways to reach candidates and improving our job ads and recruitment tools, also in collaboration with marketing.
- Coordinating preparations for new hires and ensuring their first weeks at the company go smoothly,
- Collaborating with managers and other teams so that new employees know what to expect and who to turn to,
- Collecting feedback from new employees and proposing improvements to the onboarding process.
- Jointly maintaining the SPOTI e-learning platform: updating content and developing training materials for employees,
- Supporting the organisation of training and other development activities,
- Supporting the HR Business Partner in annual review conversations with employees,
- Participating in selected HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, internal communication, and process improvement,
- Collecting data and feedback to help us assess what is working and what could be improved.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, including independently managing recruitment processes,
- Ability to conduct candidate interviews and collaborate with managers to identify recruitment needs,
- Practical knowledge of basic labour law and personal data protection principles in HR processes,
- Good work organisation, communication skills, and the ability to follow matters through to the end,
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel,
- English at least at B1 level, sufficient to hold a brief conversation with a candidate,
