Our team

Founder and main shareholder of Meritoros SA, certified accountant (Ministry of Finance Certificate No. 1840/2003). He graduated in Management with a specialization in Finance and Accounting. Additionally, he studied Psychology (at Jagiellonian University), Tax Advisory (at Cracow University of Economics), and Accounting (at Cracow University of Economics). Currently, he is responsible for setting the company’s direction and goals. His duties include strategy, sales and marketing, as well as M&A.

Shareholder of Meritoros SA, certified accountant (Ministry of Finance Certificate No. 54055/2011). She graduated in Management at AGH University of Science and Technology and further expanded her education with postgraduate studies in Accounting (KA), Advanced Accounting (AE), Tax Advisory (AE), and Lean & Automation - Continuous Improvement (WSE). She holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and an Executive-level Project Manager certification from EY Academy. She has been working at Meritoros SA since 2010. Currently, she focuses on product development (Accounting Offices and BPO), lean management, processes, and HR.

Shareholder of Meritoros SA, certified accountant (Ministry of Finance Certificate No. 62092/2013). He graduated in Finance and Accounting at Cracow University of Economics, specializing in corporate finance and accounting. He further enhanced his education with postgraduate studies in Lean & Automation - Continuous Improvement at WSE. He has been with Meritoros SA since 2011. Currently, he is responsible for technology (robotization and automation), internal audit, administration, and finance.

Accountant (Certificate of the Ministry of Finances # 55068/201) with many years of experience. She developed her career in Accounting Offices and as Head Accountant of an international firm. She's finished postgraduate studies in Advanced Accountancy (Wroclaw University of Economics), and also attended many courses to increase her soft and industry skills. She's been with Meritoros since 2013, currently she manages and supports the accounting offices management team.
