Our team

Founder and main shareholder of Meritoros SA, certified accountant (Certificate of the Ministry of Finances # 1840/2003), Management graduate with a focus on Finances and Accounting. Additionally he studied Psychology (Jagiellonian University), Tax Consulting (Cracow University of Economics) and Accountancy (Cracow University of Economics). Currently he is responsible deciding the company goals and direction, as well as strategy and marketing.

Meritoros SA shareholder, certified accountant (Certificate of the Ministry of Finances # 54055/2011). Graduate of Management at AGH University of Science and Technology, she supplemented her education with diplomas in Accountancy (Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University), Advanced Accountancy (Wrocław University of Economics), Tax consulting (Wrocław University of Economics), as well as Lean & Automation - Continuous Improvement (Tischner European University). She holds a Lean Six Sigma certificate at the Green Belt level and an EY Academy Project Manager at the Executive level. She has been with Meritoros SA since 2010. Currently she handles the company's hiring practices, lean management, expansion, and M&A.

Meritoros SA shareholder, certified accountant (Certificate of the Ministry of Finances # 62092/2013). Finances and Accountancy graduate from Cracow University of Economics, with a focus in business finances and accountancy. He supplemented his educations with post-graduate degrees in Lean & Automation - Continuous Improvement (Tischner European University). He's been with Meritoros SA since 2011, currently he's responsible for internal auditing, robotization and process automation, as well as developing new services.

Expert in the area of outsourcing, strategic management, finances & controlling, as well as business transformation. For the past nearly 20 years he has held management positions and sat on the board of companies in the professional services industry (including outsourcing and IT) such as EY Poland, Capgemini, and OMIDA Shared Services Center. In Meritoros he is responsible for developing the BPO services for medium and large clients.

Accountant (Certificate of the Ministry of Finances # 55068/201) with many years of experience. She developed her career in Accounting Offices and as Head Accountant of an international firm. She's finished postgraduate studies in Advanced Accountancy (Wroclaw University of Economics), and also attended many courses to increase her soft and industry skills. She's been with Meritoros since 2013, currently she manages and supports the accounting offices management team.

Passionate about new technologies and solutions which improve our daily lives. In the past he worked with companies from many different industries, starting with trading companies, to software houses and digital signage, ending in the public sector. In 2018 he finished post-graduate studies in IT Business Management, and in 2023 he graduate with an IT MBA, with a master's thesis about universal digital transformation frameworks for companies. Also in 2023 he was a finalist of the IT Manager of Tomorrow Awards contest, and received the Rising Star title.
