Accounting services

We provide the full range of services in cost, financial, and managerial accounting. We settle companies with multiple different forms and profiles of activity and create effective systems tasked with reporting the financial data which suits the needs of both the management board and the internal finance departments.
Thanks to our modern and flexible approach to various accounting issues we can not only focus on the fiscal data processing, but also create new tools for our clients, which increases their competitiveness on the market.
We work both with companies that require full accounting, on the basis of Polish and/or foreign legal requirements, and with companies that only require simplified accounting methods (tax book of revenues and expenses [“podatkowa księga przychodów i rozchodów”], lump sum, and tax card [“karta podatkowa”]).
We provide comprehensive accounting and tax-related services, including the settlement of VAT UE, VAT OSS, budgeting, preparation of reports for GUS, NBP, and PFRON, settlement of cost centers, preparation of managerial reports, as well as consulting in the fields of implementing a document circulation system, and accounting policy.

It is very convenient that we complete these tasks not only in any one of our accounting offices in Warsaw, Cracow, Katowice, Rzeszów, Wroclaw, or Łódź, but also on-site, at the customer. Entrepreneurs, who do not possess their own physical office spaces, are free to make use of the provided address. Customers are also permitted to use it for any legal purposes, as well as correspondence.

HR and payroll

A professionally-lead, highly experienced HR & payroll office is greatly convenient for both employer and employee. Besides the calculation of salaries and the preparation of declarations for ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), we also take care of the entirety of our clients obligations related to keeping employee documentation in electronic form, including, but not limited to, making relevant transfers on behalf of the client on the basis of the granted authorization, settling the PPKs (Employee Capital Plans), and referring employees to medical examinations required by labor regulations.
